Roberto Tapia is a San Diego, CA born singer who was raised Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico. He has released four albums starting with his self-titled debut in 2002. "Los Amigos del M" followed in 2008. The following year saw the release of "El Niño de la Tuna" which peaked at #45 on the Billboard Top Latin Albums chart. The album's single "Caminos Diferentes" reached #27 on the Hot Latin Songs chart and #12 on the Latin Mexican Regional Airplay chart. In 2010 he released "La Batalla" which reached #8 on the Top Latin Albums chart and has peaked at #2 on the Regional Mexican albums chart. "Me Duele" the album's single has reached #15 on the Hot Latin Songs chart and #8 on the Latin Mexican Regional Airplay chart.
